5. Maintenance and Management
Ensure to make the equipment running normally to increase its service life, users should do daily maintenance and
management. Before maintenance, please disconnect equipment power supply, preparing tools, materials according to
according to the specific requirements in the operation manual. Otherwise, it will cause electric shock or damage.
5.1 Management
Please follow following recommendations to keep the normal operation of the reactor:
1)
Check the ambient temperature and humidity regularly to ensure a better working conditions.
2)
Avoid severe vibration when moving it.
3)
Keep the reactor from impact which might cause glass broken. Inspect the circulation hoses, replace the damaged
or aged ones.
5.2 Cleaning
1)
Before cleaning the unit, disconnect the power cord. Otherwise, it may cause electric shock or fire hazard.
2)
Use soft cloth to clean the surface.
3)
Cleaning of glass parts should be done according to laboratory regulations.
4)
Beware of hazardous substance leaks on the surface of the vessel or enters it.
5)
Do not use brushes, grinding powder, acid, petrol or other solvents to clean the surface of the body to avoid
damage to the protective layer.
6)
The reactor body and components may be very hot, beware of burns. Clean it when the device glass is close to
room temperature.
7)
In order to avoid damage of components, please do not press the monitor and knob forcedly when cleaning
them.
5.3 Maintenance
The warranty of the equipment against manufacturing problems is of 12 months from the date of purchase. If the
equipment has been used improperly, compensation for the damage caused will be charged.
Contact the Technical Service before obtaining professional maintenance to return the equipment to the factory:
1. Clean the machine so as not to damage the maintenance personnel.
2. Provide the description of the equipment failure.
3. Pack the machine properly to avoid damage during transport.
