Always monitor the cooking process to gain the best results.
When the set temperature is reached, the thermostat will automatically turn off and on the
power supply to maintain the temperature.
Upon completion, turn the temperature adjuster to the minimum value and disconnect the
equipment from the power supply.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

Turn off the equipment and let it cool down.
Disconnect the equipment from the power supply.
Discard the cooled down oil.
To clean the equipment, use a soft rag or towel.
Never wash the equipment under running water!
Never use abrasive materials or aggressive chemicals for cleaning!
All accessories must be washed manually and wiped completely dry.
If the equipment has not been used for a long time, make sure that you have removed all the
dust and dirt from the surface before switching on.
