This can cause overheating, rupture, ignition, or a failure of the battery pack. If the battery pack gets wet, immediately stop usage, and contact the Buffalo Technology Support Center or your local dealer. Never disassemble or modify the battery pack.
Always use the correct charger and refer to this manual for the proper charging procedure. Do not leave the battery connected to the charger when not in use. After extended periods of storage, it may be necessary to charge and discharge the battery several times to obtain maximum performance.
Notes The following restrictions apply to this product. Please check these points before use. While the MiniStation Air is connected to a computer with the USB data cable, Wi-Fi is disabled. Unplug the USB data cable before connecting wirelessly. 3. Formatting What is Formatting? Formatting is an operation that enables a hard drive to be used on your computer. This unit is formatted with FAT32 by default, and so it can be used without any additional formatting procedure. However, due to the restrictions of the FAT32 format, this unit cannot save files that are 4 GB or larger in size. For Windows users Reformatting with NTFS is recommended for most Windows users.

Presentación LED y conexiones Parte superior 1. LED de la batería Se enciende mientras se carga la unidad. Iluminado en color rojo: cargando Iluminado en verde: totalmente cargado 2. LED de encendido/apagado Este LED muestra el estado de la unidad. Iluminado en verde: encendido (si no se accede a la unidad durante 5 minutos, entrará en modo de suspensión y el LED se apagará.) Parpadeo en verde: Se está accediendo a la unidad. Iluminado en color rojo: Indica que el nivel restante de la carga de la batería está por debajo del 25%. Es recomendable poner la unidad a cargar. 3. LED inalámbrico Indica el estado inalámbrico de la unidad. Iluminado en azul: encendido Parpadeo en azul: comunicación inalámbrica en curso 4. Si la batería se moja, deje de usarla de inmediato y póngase en contacto con el centro de soporte de Buffalo Technology o con su distribuidor local. No desmonte ni modifique nunca la batería. Esto podría provocar que el líquido de la batería le salpicara, lo que podría provocarle una pérdida permanente de visión si le entra en los ojos, o puede provocar que la batería se sobrecaliente, reviente o se incendie. Formateo ¿Qué es el formateo? El formateo es una operación que permite utilizar un disco duro en el ordenador. Esta unidad se formatea con FAT32 de forma predeterminada y, por tanto, se puede usar sin ningún procedimiento de formateo adicional. Sin embargo, debido a las restricciones del formato FAT32, esta unidad no puede guardar archivos con un tamaño de 4 GB o superior. Para usuarios de Windows Es recomendable cambiar el formato con NTFS para la mayor parte de usuarios de Windows. Esto le permitirá guardar archivos que tengan 4 GB o más. Formatage Qu'est-ce que le formatage ? Le formatage est une opération permettant d'utiliser le disque dur sur votre ordinateur. Par défaut, l'unité est formatée en FAT32 et elle peut être utilisée sans procédure de formatage complémentaire. Cependant, du fait des restrictions du format FAT32, cette unité ne peut pas sauvegarder de fichiers de plus de 4 GB. Pour les utilisateurs Windows Le reformatage en NTFS est recommandé pour la plupart des utilisateurs Windows. Cela vous permettra de sauvegarder des fichiers de plus de 4 GB. Cependant, les utilisateurs Mac ne seront pas en mesure d'écrire sur un disque dur formaté en NTFS. Pour les utilisateurs Mac Il est recommandé aux utilisateurs Mac de conserver la partition en FAT32. Si la MiniStation Air est reformatée en HFS+, les fichiers contenus ne seront plus accessibles depuis votre iPhone, votre iPad, votre iPod touch, votre téléphone sous Android ou un autre périphérique portable. Esquema LEDs e ligações Vista superior 1. LED da bateria Está aceso enquanto a unidade estiver a ser carregada. Vermelho fixo: a carregar Verde fixo: totalmente carregado 2.
