Remove all packaging materials.
Clean the non-stick plate with a soft, dampened cloth.
Slightly grease the non-stick baking plates with some oil or butter using an absorbent kitchen
towel.
Wipe off any excess oil.
3. OPERATION
Warning: A slight odour and smoke might appear when heating the device for the first time.
This is due to manufacturing materials residues and does not affect the appliance's operating.
Assemble properly the device and its accessories. Assemble the cooking plate on the crepe
maker and make sure that the base fully contacts with the heating elements.
Place the appliance on a flat, stable and heat-resistant surface.
Connect the product to a power supply.
Turn the temperature knob to maximum. The ready light will turn on, indicating that the
machine has started to preheat. Allow the appliance to preheat for a few minutes until the
ready light turns off, indicating that the plate has reached the optimal cooking temperature.
Once the appliance is ready, pour the crepe batter onto the non-stick plate and help yourself
with a batter spreader in order to spread batter and obtain a more uniform result.
Note: You will observe that the light continuously turns on and off during the process. This is
because the crepe maker automatically adjust temperature in order to maintain the optimal
cooking temperature.
Allow the crepe to cook until the texture is not liquid anymore and the crepe slides easily along
the plate.
Use a spatula to lift and flip the crepe over.
