1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The user manual is designed to assist in the safe and
trouble-free use of the device. The product is designed
and manufactured in accordance with strict technical
guidelines,
using
state-of-the-art
technologies
components. Additionally, it is produced in compliance
with the most stringent quality standards.
DO NOT USE THE DEVICE UNLESS YOU HAVE
THOROUGHLY READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS
USER MANUAL.
To increase the product life of the device and to ensure
a trouble-free operation, use it in accordance with this user
manual and regularly perform the maintenance tasks. The
technical data and specifications in this user manual are
up to date. The manufacturer reserves the right to make
changes associated with quality improvement. Taking
into account technological progress and noise reduction
opportunities, the device was designed to reduce noise
emission risks to the minimum.

2. USAGE SAFETY
Non-electrical equipment:
ATTENTION! Read all safety warnings and all
instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and
instructions may result in serious injury or even
death.
Whenever "device" or "product" are used in the warnings
and instructions, it shall mean Luxurious Waste Oil Extractor
Suction Collector Pump. Do not cover any air inlets/outlets.
When in use, do not put your hands or other items inside
the device! Do not exceed the maximum permissible
operating pressure.
3.1 SAFETY AT THE WORKPLACE
a)
Make sure the workplace is orderly and well lit.
A messy or poorly lit workplace may lead to accidents.
Try to anticipate what may happen, observe what is
going on and use common sense when working with
the device.
b)
It is forbidden to approach the operating device with
an open fire.
c)
The device may not be used in the vicinity of heat
sources, live devices or devices in the zone of
explosion hazard, for example in the presence of
and
flammable liquids, gases or dusts.
d)
Do not smoke near the device.
e)
The device may only be used in well-ventilated rooms.
f)
Upon discovering damage or irregular operation,
immediately switch the device off and report it to
a supervisor without delay.
g)
If there are any doubts as to the correct operation
of the device, contact the manufacturer's support
service.
h)
Only the manufacturer's service point may repair the
device. Do not attempt any repairs independently!
i)
An ABC fire extinguisher available for the event of
a fire must be kept near the workplace of the device.
j)
Children or unauthorised persons are forbidden from
entering a work station. (A distraction may result in
loss of control over the device).
k)
Used oil must be disposed of or recycled. For
information on the recycling of this type of substance,
it is necessary to contact local authorities.
l)
Reinforced hoses must be used in particularly
hazardous areas.
m)
Connecting and disconnecting the pressure line
should be done with the air valve closed.
n)
When starting to work with the device, it is necessary
to gradually increase the air supply to the device
in order to ensure that it is functioning properly.
In case of noticing any abnormal operation of the
device it is necessary to immediately disconnect
it from the compressed air and to contact the
manufacturer's service point.
o)
Do not direct the pressure line towards yourself or
toward other people or animals.

Do not cut off the supply of compressed air by
crushing or bending pressure hoses.
REMEMBER! When using the device, protect children
and other bystanders.
3.2 PERSONAL SAFETY
a)
Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the
influence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which
can significantly impair the ability to operate the
device.
b)
When working with the device, use common sense
and stay alert. Temporary loss of concentration
whilst using the device may lead to serious injuries.
c)
Use personal protection equipment as required
for working with the device, specified in section 1
(Legend). The use of correct, approved personal
protection equipment reduces the risk of suffering
an injury.
d)
In order to prevent accidental starting, it is necessary
to make sure that the device valves are closed before
connecting to the source of supply with compressed
air.
e)
Do not overestimate your abilities. When using the
device keep your balance and remain stable at all
times. This will ensure better control over the device
in unexpected situations.
f)
Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your
hair, clothes and gloves away from any moving parts.
Loose clothing, jewellery or long hair may get caught
in the moving parts.
g)
Remove all adjusting tools or spanners before
turning the device on. A tool or spanner left in the
revolving part of the device may cause injury.
h)
It is necessary to maintain caution when using the
device because the drained or sucked oil can have
a high temperature and can cause burns.
i)
Always protect the skin and eyes from contact with
oil and solvents.
3.3 SAFE DEVICE USE
a)
Do not overload the device. Use appropriate tools
for the given task. A correctly selected device will
perform the task for which it was designed better
and in a safer manner.
b)
Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does not
function properly (does not switch the device on and
off). Devices which cannot be switched on and off
using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should not
be operated and have to be repaired.
c)
It is necessary to disconnect the pressure line
before commencing any adjustment, accessories
replacement or after finishing work with the device.
Such a preventive measure reduces the risk of an
accident.
d)
When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device, who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
e)
Maintain the device in a good technical state. Before
each use check for general damage and especially
check for cracked parts or elements and for any other
conditions which may impact the safe operation of
the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the
device for repair before use.
f)
Keep the device out of the reach of children.

g)
Device repair or maintenance should be carried out
by qualified persons, only using original spare parts.
This will ensure safe use.
h)
To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory fitted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
i)
When transporting and handling the device between
the warehouse and the destination, take into account
the occupational health and safety principles for
manual transport operations which apply in the
country where the device will be used.
j)
It is not allowed to carry or hang the device by the
pressure line.
k)
Avoid situations where the device halts during
use due to excessive loading. This may result in
overheating of the drive elements and device
damage.
l)
Do not touch any moving parts or accessories
unless the device has been disconnected from the
compressed air supply.
m)
In case of noticing a leak from the device or hoses,
it is necessary to immediately disconnect the
compressed air supply and eliminate the defects.
n)
Do not exceed the recommended supply pressure as
this may damage the device.
o)
It is not allowed to start the engine in the course of
draining or oil draining. This may cause damage to
the suction elements of the device, as well as injury
to users.
p)
The temperature of the drained or sucked oil should
be in the range of 40-60 ° C.
q)
Regularly check whether the pipe keeping the sink
pan in position is screwed tight enough. If the
clamping screw has been loosened, it is necessary to
tighten it.
r)
Always close the drain valve of the control tank after
it has been emptied. This will prevent accidental
pumping of air into the control tank in the course of
emptying the sink tank and the possibility of damage
to the device due to exceeding the strength of the
control tank material.
s)
It is not allowed to adjust the safety valves.
t)
Use air to supply the device, it is forbidden to use
other gases.
u)
You must only replace the suction hose ends
(probes) with the suction hose closed.
v)
In the workplace, the device should be transported
by pulling the handle and allowing it to roll on
wheels.
4. USE GUIDELINES
Luxurious Waste Oil Extractor Suction Collector Pump is
intended for pouring or suctioning liquids from motor
vehicles. It can be regarded as a temporary storage tank for
used oil. It is not allowed to use the device to drain or suck
brake fluid, gasoline, diesel oil and other fluids containing
methanol and ketones or flammable liquids.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from non-
intended use of the device!
