LEVITON 3-YEAR LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
If you are not satisfied with any Leviton FLX Series Rack PDU product, Leviton will, at your request,
replace it at no cost with an identical model or, at the option of Leviton, with a Leviton product with
comparable features and capabilities.
This guarantee will be effective for 3 years following initial product purchase. This guarantee applies only
to Leviton FLX Series Rack PDU products which have been operated under normal use and service, as
described in the User Guide, and does not cover any product failure which results from accident, abuse,
misapplication, alteration or damages due to any other external means or causes.
REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR, AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY, IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
OF OR TO THE CUSTOMER. LEVITON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR OTHER DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED WARRANTY.
As mentioned in our 3-Year Limited Product Warranty, this product warranty does not cover failures
resulting from accident, abuse, misapplication, alteration, defects, misuse or damages due to any other
external means or causes. This includes, but is not limited to failures due to the following:
•
Damage caused by transportation, improper installation, improper usage or negligence.
•
Usage of equipment beyond the working conditions and environment as specified in the User Guide.
•
Damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood damage or other similar natural disasters or external
causes.
•
Damage caused by alteration, modification or conversion of the product not authorize by Leviton in
writing.
•
Damage due to the integration or assembly with any other product or equipment not supplied by
Leviton.
•
Factory applied serial number is altered, removed, defaced or rendered illegible.
•
Repairs carried out by any person other than Leviton factory service personnel.
•
Damage due to the opening of any sealed PDU enclosure.
•
Damage to the PDU due to abnormally high input voltages or surges.
•
Damage to connected equipment due to an abnormally high input voltage or surge reaching that
equipment through an unprotected high voltage or low voltage source.
Leviton reserves the right to investigate any warranty claim in order to promptly
to determine whether such claim is appropriate.
For warranty issues, contact Leviton Technical Support at 800-824-3005. All repair and return shipments
must be approved by Leviton and must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number and dated proof of purchase. Proof of purchase shall be in the form of a Bill of Sale, Invoice,
