General Instructions
No modifications or alterations can be made to the product without authorisation from the manufacturer, in the
event of this, the guarantee will be invalidated.
National standards and safety regulations must be observed.
Safety instructions
Before the product is used, it is to be checked for correct functioning. Should any defects appear, it must not be
used!
- The bearing capacity given must not be exceeded!
Use and intended purpose
Material stands are aids for storing material at a suitable height.
The operational temperature range is between -10°C and + 40°C.

Operation
Loading
When loading the table, care is to be taken that the load is evenly distributed over the table surface.
Brake function
The 4 swivel castors of the material stand are equipped with adjustable brakes.
To brake press the locking device down.

To release the brake lift the locking device up.
Adjusting the height of the table
The brake must be applied before any adjustment of the height of the table.
The height of the material stand must only be adjusted when it is not laden.
Raising/lowering:
Loosen the securing screw, move the adjusting lever anticlockwise and then
adjust the height of the table. When the desired height is reached, it is fixed by
moving the adjusting lever back. After setting the height the securing screw
must be retightened. For the lowering procedure the speed of lowering is
reduced by a valve.
Tilting the table
The table can be tilted at 5 different angles between 0° and 40°. The material
stand must not be laden when it is tilted. Remove the safety bracket on the swivelling axis of the table and tilt the
platform into the desired position. Then fix the table again with the safety bracket.
Maintenance and servicing
Regularly check all moving components for free movement and relubricate them if required with
