Always ensure that your merchandiser merchandiser is installed on a stable & even
surface/floor and is properly leveled. Proper leveling is achieved when the cooler is tilting
slightly backwards.
Leveling procedure:
All models are equipped with 2 adjustable leveling feet located at the lower bottom-front side of the
cooler except model ICOOL2-1300 which features a third leveling foot located in the front-middle of
the cooler.
Use a spirit level – if available – to ensure accurate leveling of the merchandiser. Take necessary
safety precautions if lifting is needed during installation. Keep unauthorized people away from the
cooler until the installation is completed.
Unscrew the leveling feet, by hand or using the appropriate spanner until their pad gets in contact with
the floor. Continue unscrewing each leveling foot observing the product's leveling. At the end of the
process the cooler should rest solely on the leveling feet; please check that the front rollers of the
merchandiser can be rotated by hand (no contact with the floor). If not, unscrew the leveling feet until
this happens.
For models featuring middle adjustable foot, this must be adjusted in such a way that the lower edges
of the internal cabin are aligned. The below given check points must be on the same line. For Pivot
Door coolers, further checkpoint is the gap in between the two doors; this must be even throughout the
height of the doors. For Sliding door coolers, check that the middle vertical profiles of the two doors
are parallel in between them. If the profiles converge towards the lower side of the doors, the middle
foot must be retracted; if they converge at the top side of the doors, the leveling foot must be further
extended.
When the cooler has small rotating castor wheels (optional feature) the brake must always be applied
when cooler is at the final position.
