- Do not place hands or feet under the rotary parts. Always keep clear of openings when operating a rotary
lawn mower.
- Never use the mower in the rain or on damp lawns, and always use it during the day or with good artificial
light.
- Frequently inspect the lawn mower for damage. If there is any wear or fault, replace the parts to avoid
hazards.
- Be extremely careful when reversing or pulling the appliance towards you.
- Before using the appliance, check whether the blades, the screws of the blades, and the cutting assembly
are worn or damaged.

TRAMONTINA MULTI S.A. provides warranty to this product sold by the company regarding
manufacturing defects for a total period of 12 (twelve) months, 9 (nine) months of a contractual
warranty, and 90 (ninety) days legal warranty as defined in article 26 of the Consumer Rights Act.
The warranty period begins with the issue of the Receipt of Purchase of the equipment, which should
be attached to these terms, and the warranty will only be valid upon producing the Receipt of Purchase.
Within the total period of 12 months, TRAMONTINA MULTI S.A. commits to repairing or replacing
parts free of charge which, under normal conditions of use and care, and after a technical assessment,
present manufacturing defects.
The buyer will be liable for shipping and handling expenses to the nearest Tramontina Authorized
Service.
The buyer will be responsible for revisions, maintenance, and periodical care for the equipment, as well
as observing all instructions laid out in the user's manual.
The warranty does not cover:
• Parts damaged by natural wear, accidents, incorrect use or maintenance, or misuse by operator.
• Parts damaged by incorrect assembly or use, which do not comply with the recommendations in this
manual.
• Not complying with revisions, maintenance, or periodical cleaning necessary to the equipment.
Warranty will be voided if the equipment presents signs of tampering, use of non-original parts, or
having been fixed by unauthorized personnel. For any other information, please contact the attached
Technical Support Network or Tramontina directly.
NOTE
ALL PARTS WITH PROVEN MANUFACTURING DEFECTS WILL BE REPLACED FREE OF
CHARGE, BUT THE WHOLE APPLIANCE WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
