3. ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the red dust covers (2) from the PBM Adapter.
2. Screw the PBM Adapter onto the end of the Gemini
Handpiece until it is tight. Be careful not to cross
thread the Adapter with the Handpiece. (Fig. 1)
3. Screw a Spacer onto the end of the PBM Adapter. (Fig. 2)
4. Attach the Handpiece Holder Clip to the Gemini
Laser (Fig. 3)
The PBM Adapter is now ready to use.
To remove the PBM Adapter, unscrew it from the Gemini
Handpiece and re-install both red dust covers when not
in use.
4. SOFTWARE ACTIVATION & USE
To enable the Pain Relief preset procedure setting on
your Gemini Laser:
1. Go to www.geminiupdate.com and follow the on-
screen instructions to install the latest software on
your Gemini Laser
2. Turn on the laser system
3. Before entering the passcode, press Procedures
five times (Fig.4)
4. You will hear audible confirmation of "Pain
Relief Active"
5. The new preset procedure is now ready for use
Note: The Pain Relief preset procedure only needs to
be enabled once. Following the above steps again will
disable the Pain Relief presetting.
