Preparing for use

Before the first use:
• Before first use, remove all elements and clean them
along with the entire device!
• Do not leave moisture. Dry the device with a paper
towel.
• Mount the equipping of the device.
• The space between the heater and the bowl should
be free of impurities.
Usage:
• After preparing the ingredients, it is necessary to
place them in the bowl of the device.
• Place the bowl inside the device.
• Close the lid tightly.
• Connect the device to the power supply.
• Select the program using the Menu button or adjust
the cooking parameters - Customized Setting
• Open the lid of the device only when the steam stops
coming out from the safety valve.
In the course of the device, it is necessary to observe
the following instructions in order to avoid damage
to the coating which prevents food from sticking:
• Use non-scratch food grade kitchen utensils for
stirring.
• Do not cut food inside the bowl.
• Do not pour vinegar etc. into the bowl, this may
damage the non-stick coating.
• After prolonged use, the bowl may change colour
due to contact with water and detergents. It is a
natural process and does not affect the safety of use.
Safeguards
The device has a protection against the creation of
excessive pressure inside the device. When the permissible
value is exceeded, the safety valve rises, releasing the
steam outside and thus reducing the pressure.
3.3. Device use
DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTROL PANEL/ADDITIONAL
OPTIONS:
• Start:
After placing the container in the device, connect the
device to the power supply.
After the start button has lit up, the device is ready
for use.
After selecting the work program, press the start
button for 2 seconds.
In order to change the program in the course of
operation of the previous one, press the Keep Warm/
Off button.
• Mins & Hours - adjustment of working time:

Press the Customize Setting button in order to
change the working time manually.
Each pressing of the Mins button extends the
working time by 5 minutes.
Each pressing of the Hour button increases the
cooking time by one hour.
The changed time will be displayed on the display.
Depending on the selected cooking program the
time adjustment option varies.
The option is not available in the Rice Cooking
program.
• Temp - adjusting the working temperature:
Each pressing of the Temp button increases the
treatment temperature by 50oF/ 10oC.
Programs in which the Temp function works: Frying
and Customize Setting.
• Menu:
The menu is a navigation button between programs.
The control lamp indicates the currently selected
program.
After indicating the selected program, press the Start
button in order to start using it.
The remaining working time will be shown on the
clock.
• Preset - start delay:
In order to postpone the start of the program, it is
necessary by means of the Mins / Hours buttons to
set the time by which the start is to be delayed.
After the set time has elapsed, the program will start
automatically.
Programs in which the Preset function works:
Cake, Baking, Yoghurt, Broad, Beans Soup, Crust,
Oatmeal, Milk Porridge, Stewing, Pasta, Dessert, Rice
Cooking, Frying, Pizza.
The option is not available in the Reheat program.
• Keep Warm / Off - maintaining the temperature /
switching off the program:
The device will automatically go into the mode
of keeping the temperature after the end of the
program.
The button is backlighted in the course of duration
of the program.
After the 24-hour cycle, the device will go into idle
mode.
In order to reactivate the program it is necessary to
press the Keep Warm / Off button again.
• Customize Settings - customizing settings:
After selecting the Customize Setting option it is
necessary to select the cooking parameter, i.e. Temp
- temperature and Time - cooking time.
The basic parameters of the program work: time - 5
min, temperature 248°F/120°C.
WORK MODES OF THE DEVICE:
• Idle mode:
The mode is activated:
After connecting the device to the power supply (the
»
Start button will be backlighted, the LCD display will
remain off);
After pressing the Start button for 5 seconds or after
»
finishing the Warm Keep mode (the device will go
into idle mode).
• Program work mode:
The mode is active after selecting the work program
and pressing the Start button (the program indicator
will be backlighted and the work time will appear on
the clock).

• Delay start mode:
The mode is active in the course of delaying the Start
of the device.
Preset and Start buttons remain backlighted, the
remaining time is shown on the clock.
After elapsing the set time for postponing the work
start, the program will be activated automatically.
• Temperature keeping mode:
The mode is activated immediately after the end of
the cooking cycle.
The Keep Warm / Off button remains backlighted all
the time.
After elapsing 24 hours of work in the mode
of maintaining the temperature, the device will
automatically go into idle mode.

The program after selection will be backlighted on the LCD
display. The temperature and work time for this program
will also be displayed.

3.4. Cleaning and maintenance

• Before each cleaning, adjustment, replacement
of accessories and if the device is not used, it is
necessary to pull out the mains plug and cool the
device completely.
• Use cleaners without corrosive substances to clean
each surface
• It is forbidden to immerse and spray the device with
a water jet. This prohibition does not apply to the
removable bowl.
• Clean the bowl of the device delicately with a dish
washing up liquid and a sponge. After washing, dry it
with a cloth or paper towel.
• Use a damp cloth or a damp paper towel to clean the
lid and the housing of the device.
• Clean the steam outlet valve after each use. Carefully
remove the valve and rinse under running water. Dry
before reinstalling.
