Installation:
IMPORTANT
Install this stack-on unit on top of an "L" workstation at
least 78" wide.
Ensure all assembly requirements from side one have
been properly completed. Read all of the following
instructions before proceeding. Mounting surface of
"L" workstation must be clean and free of any wax or
oil residue.
Do not unroll or remove protective cover on mounting
tape until instructed to.
Perform return attachment procedures first.
Return Attachment:
1. Refer to Illustration 7. Remove grommet cover from
return.
2. Refer to Illustration 6 and 7. Use two people to posi-
tion stack-on unit onto "L" workstation. Align return
side of stack-on unit end panel along the outside edge
of return wire management grommet hole. Align cen-
ter of end panel slot with the center of the wire man-
agement grommet hole.
3. Refer to Illustration 8. Use the phillips screwdriver to
loosen minifix cams. Turn minifix cams counter clock-
wise until steel pins drop down from inside end panel
and touches the return top.
4. Refer to Illustration 8. Insert return bracket into wire
management grommet hole and rotate so that legs of
return bracket fit under return top. Insert return brack-
et into end panel slot. Fit notches cut in return bracket
around steel pins in end panel.
5. Refer to Illustration 8. Install wood screw (from hard-
ware pack) through the hole in return bracket and into
edge of return top.
6. Lift end panel slightly to ensure return bracket secure-
ly holds steel pins. Once confirmed, return end panel
to it's standing position.
7. Refer to Illustration 8. Use the phillips screwdriver to
tighten both minifix cams. Turn minifix cams clockwise
until steel pins in end panel raise making a solid con-
nection between the end panel and the return bracket.
8. Refer to Illustration 7. Reinstall inside end of wire man-
agement grommet cover and store the remaining
cover for later use.
9. Refer to Illustration 8. Snap cover caps over exposed
minifix cams.
WARNING
Do not use unit without anchoring to the return.
Failure to follow this warning can cause the stack-on
unit to tip and fall, resulting in severe injury to your-
self or others.
