Damaged or tangled cables increase

- Use care when lifting the lid, as very
hot steam will come out.

Instructions for Use:
Before using the device:Remove the Express Cooker®
from the packaging.
- Before using the Express Cooker® for the first time, clean
the non-stick heating plates (C) as described in the cleaning
section.
Use:
- Prepare the food you are going to cook in the Express
Cooker®.
- Plug the Express Cooker® into the mains.
- The power pilot light (D) will come on.
- We recommend closing the Express Cooker® during the
process so the plates heat up faster.
- When the light goes off, the Express Cooker® has
reached the right cooking temperature.

- Fully open the Express Cooker®.
- Place the ingredients on the bottom plate.
- Close the Express Cooker® by lowering the upper plate
and locking the plates with the latch (A).
- Steam may come out from between the plates during the
cooking process.
- Note: During the cooking process, the pilot light will come
on and go off while the thermostat keeps the plates at the
right temperature.
- After a few minutes, open the Express Cooker® to see if
your dish is ready.
- During the cooking process, the pilot light will come on and
go off to indicate that the temperature of the heating plates
is evenly maintained.
- When the food is ready, remove it from the Express
Cooker® using plastic or wooden utensils only. Do not use
pointed or sharp objects that could scratch and damage the
coating.
- Unplug the Express Cooker® from the mains and clean it.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Unplug the appliance from the mains and let it cool down
before cleaning it.
- The Express Cooker® can be cleaned on the inside and
outside with a soft cloth.
- Clean the non-stick heating plates (C) with a damp cloth
with a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.
- Do not clean the inside or the outside with abrasive scouring
pads or steel wool, as they may damage the surface.
- IMPORTANT! The Express Cooker® is not dishwasher
safe. Never pour water directly on the Express Cooker®.
Never immerse it in water or any other liquid.
Quality Warranty
Warranty: This product is covered by a warranty against
manufacturing defects subject to the time periods stipulated
by the legislation in force in each country. This warranty does
not cover damages resulting from inadequate use, negligent
commercial use, abnormal wear and tear, accidents or
improper handling.

the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, both of
