Where to apply
Place the elbow pad 4 to 5 cm (1.5 to 2 inches)
(toward wrist) below the area where you feel pain in
your elbow.
How to apply
• Before attaching this product, carefully read the "Precautions for use - Be sure to read this" section. Then follow the steps provided to ensure the
product is correctly attached.
• The steps below use the right arm for reference. Follow the same steps for the left arm.
1.
Unfasten all the hook-and-loop fasteners of the product.
Confirm the position of the pad.

Make sure the pad is on the ZAMST logo side.
2.
Pass your arm through the product.
Removing the elbow pad
The elbow pad is stored in the pad pocket on the back of the strap. Remove the pad before washing.
1.
Remove the strap end from the loop and fasten the
hook-and-loop fastener on the strap end temporarily.
Because the elbow band has an anti-slip design, hold the
tag when you remove the pad.

Pass your arm through
the product and adjust the
position of the product so
that the product is located
just below your elbow.
Be careful not to cover
your elbow joint with the
product.

If you are experiencing pain
on the outside of your elbow

Fasten the hook-and-loop fastener.

Make sure that the product is not loose or out of place.
If you feel any discomfort, repeat the steps from the
beginning to reattach the product.
The product correctly fastened
(if you are experiencing pain on the outside of your right elbow)

Turn the strap over and remove the pad from the pad
pocket. (Be careful not to lose the removed pad.)
3.
After washing, put the pad into the pad pocket as far as
possible before using the product.
4.
Pass the strap through the support loop, followed by
the loop before applying the product by following the
attachment steps.
If you are experiencing pain
on the inside of your elbow
Area with
a pain
Elbow pad
(1.5 to 2 inches)
Adjust the position of
the product so that the
elbow pad is positioned
where you feel pain. Wrap
the product around your
forearm while adjusting
the compression to the
required level, and then
fasten the hook-and-loop
fastener.
