supplied by a suitable Oessoutter screwfeeder. No other use
permitted.

SETTING UP INSTRUCTIONS (See Flgurel)
Connect a suitable
Oesoutt~
nozzle to the tool, ensuring the nozzle
Is correctly set up (see
s~ke
sheet '406723, and sec.ured

place
with Part No. 392193. Connect the pneumatic control tubes from
the screwfeeder to the corresponding coloured connectors.
Connect the recommended Inlet hose to the fnJet
bolt,
and
the
other end to the air supply connector on
the
screwfeeder.

AT BOTH ENDS BEFORE OPERATING.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
A/STOOLS
Wlth the correct accessory
fitted
connect the tool to the air supply.
Grip
the
toof
around the motor case and press the tool Into the
fixing that Is to be tlghtened.The motor Wt11 start and
the
noule
retract.The motor will start and tighten the
fixing
to the required
lorque set by adjusting the ten.srons on the clutch spring.

noule is advanced and another fastener led to the nozzle jam.
A/RTOOLS
With
the
correct accessory
fitted
connect the tool to the air supply.
Grip the tool around the motor case and press
the
tool Into the
fixing that b to be tightened. The motor will start and the noule
retract The motor will start and tighten the fixing to the required
torque
set
by adjusting the tensions oo the clutch spring. Motor wfll
stop when
tool

removed from fixing.
After an adfustable Interval (see service sheet Part No. 39-4113) the
noule
fs advanced and another faslencr fed to the nozzle Jaws.

WARNING: CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN TO ENSURE

NOTHING BECOMES TRAPPED BETWEEN THE
NOZZLE AND TOOL BODY WHEN THE NOZZLE
RETRACTS.

BEWARE OF TRAPPING FINGERS WHEN NOZZLE RETRACTS.ONLY
GRIP THE TOOL AROUND THE MOTOR CASE DISCONN£CT FROM
AIR SUPPLY BEFORE PERFORMING ANY ADIUSTMENTS OR
SERVICING.
