Put a dab of glue on the outside of each spacer part 7 to
hold parts 5 and 6 in place on the 3mm x 110mm shaft. Do
not allow glue to get in between parts 7 and 5 and 6. Parts
5 and 6 must pivot freely on the 3mm x 110 shaft.

Align cam followers parts 5 and 6 with holes in top plate as shown
