3. Start-Up Instructions

3.1 Assembly

• Install the exhaust arms and other accessories.
Follow the applicable instructions

3.2 Control Panel

 On/Off Switch
This switch must always be turned on, even when using Automatic Start/Stop
or the exhaust hood On/Off Switch
 Rotation Monitor Light
The monitor light indicates wrong rotation direction of fan.
REMEDY: Change two phases in plug.
 Filter Monitor
The saturation level of the main filter is electronically monitored
and is indicated by the monitor lights
Green light: Filter allright.
Red light: Filter saturated, filter must be changed
 Socket(s) for Automatic Start/Stop Module

3.3 Correct Adjustment

Position the exhaust arm in a way that the intake hood is about 30 - 50 cm
above the welding area.
