1. Using a small Phillips screwdriver to remove battery
compartment lid. Once opened, please keep the
screws in a safe place to avoid losing them.
2. Remove the old batteries and insert the new matching
the polarities.
3. Replace the lid by screwing it back into place using
a Phillips screwdriver.

To toggle keypad lock ON / OFF:
Press and hold
locked.

DISPLAY MODES

Press DISP to switch between Pedometer with Time
display and Calories burned with Date display.
NOTE
Calories Burned and date will appear for up to
5 seconds at a time before reverting back to Time and
Pedometer display.

SETTING MODE

Press SET to enter the setting mode.
Press SET continuously to scroll through setting modes.
