Please reference the Meet Your Phone guide prior to activating
your phone.
New customers:
1. Turn on your phone.
2. Tap Activate My Phone and follow the onscreen instructions.
3. When prompted for a payment, use your credit, debit or
Verizon Wireless refill card.
4. At the confirmation screen, write down your:
Mobile Number
Account Security Code
5. Turn your phone off and on again to complete activation.
6. Follow the Setup Wizard to customize your phone.

Existing customers:
Sign in to your My Verizon account from a computer and select
Change Device.
