5. USAGE
5.1 Prerequisites for taking measurements correctly
• Place the scale on a level and stable surface (see Figure

to the toilet, on an empty stomach and without clothing.
• To determine your body fat, always stand barefoot on the electrodes
• Stand upright and still throughout, from the weight measurement through to the body fat measurement.
