Your request for a refund must be made within 30
days of the date of purchase by calling Brita Care
Customer Services on 0870 487 1000.
The product must be returned to BRITA at the
address on page 13, along with the store receipt
and reason for dissatisfaction within 40 days
(allowing 10 days for posting).
On receipt of your product BRITA will refund the
price paid and cover postal charges at standard
2nd class rate. This guarantee is in addition to,
and does not affect, your statutory rights and/or
other guarantees.
