Place the chair onto the floor
as shown.

Remove the two (2) screws
holding the plate in place.

Remove the foam filler (6a).
Remove bolt with washer from
chair frame (6b). Remove other
bolt with washer from chair frame
(6c).
7.
Place chair upright.
