Place the chair on its back as shown.

Insert the bolt with a washer into the left hand side of the
chair frame until you have tightened the bolt completely. Now
tighten the bolt on the right hand side completely.

Place the chair onto the floor as shown.
8.
Insert the bolt with a washer into the left hand side of the
chair frame (8a) until you have tightened the bolt completely.
Now tighten the bolt on the right hand side completely. Install
the foam filler (8b).
