Insert the seat into the base by sliding the four tabs into
the slots.

Place waste tub inside the seat with the deflector shield
facing forward.

Insert the tank into the base with the handle facing
forward. Push down until it locks into place. Pull up to
ensure the tank is securely locked in place.
