INSTALLATION PROCEDURE HAWLE-VARIO
The HAWLE-VARIO consists of the fitting
and the tension lock assembly including
threaded rods, rounded washers, ball cups and
nuts.
The counter flanges and/or flanged fittings
are to be connected with the pipeline. When
restraint flanges are used, please do not fully
tighten the tension lock to ensure that the flange
can be adjusted (flange drilling).
1. Bolt one flange of the HAWLE-VARIO with
the counter flange (at the pipeline).
2. Move the HAWLE-VARIO to the correct
position. Length adjustment (see adjusting range specified on
the label) and bending (10° at max.) is possible as required.
