Should you wish to add coffee at this stage turn ON/OFF switch to
OFF and back to ON again a few minutes later.
10. Water will stop pouring if ON/OFF switch is turned to OFF (D).
11. Checking indicator light prior to use. If light is OFF, turning ON/OFF
switch to ON to switch coffee maker on.
12. Turning ON/OFF switch to OFF if water reservoir is empty (D).
SAFETY PRICAUTIONS PRIOT TO FIRST USE
1.
Cleaning water reservoir.
2.
Heating up a water volume equivalent to 4 cups/mugs approximately:
switching selector(C) to Coffee first and allowing a volume equivalent
to 2 cups/mugs approximately to pour out.
When the 2 cups/mugs are filled, switch the selector to the middle, the
coffee maker will stop temporarily. Put another 2 cups/ mugs and
switch the selector to Coffee again allowing the same volume to pour
out
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1.
Once coffee is brewed, removing bevel filter, disposing of boiled
coffee deposit and running bevel filter under cold water.
2.
Coffee maker should be cleaned with damp cloth but NEVER
IMMERSED IN WATER.
3.
Water reservoir is cleaned with vinegar diluted in water. Heating up
twice and allowing this to filter out first, then heating up water alone
twice again and allowing filter out.
4.
Wiping coffee maker with a clean cloth.
5.
Should the electric cord be damaged, hazard prevention requires
that it be repaired/ replaced by a qualified electrician.
EASY MAINTENANCE (TROUBLE SHOOTING)
OPERATIONS
If coffee maker is inoperative:
1.
Checking electric cord is not damaged (It must be replaced by a
qualified electrician if this is the case).
2.
Checking the plug is correctly engaged.
3.
Checking the ON/OFF switch is turned to ON and the selector
switch is on coffee or Hot Water.
4.
Checking for domestic fuses shorts.
