Danger of burning! The glue and the nozzle tip are
200 °C hot. Do not allow glue to come into contact
with persons or animals. If glue comes in contact
with the skin, immediately hold the spot under a
stream of cold water for some minutes. Do not try
to remove the glue from the skin. Seek medical
advice if severe.
The machine must not be damp and must also not
be operated in damp surroundings.
Children may use the hot glue gun only under su-
pervision of adults.
For pauses in the work of more than 30 minutes,

Allow the unit to cool completely before storing.

In conjunction with the charging station 3 , cordless
working is possible. If the emerging glue becomes
viscous, the hot glue gun is to be reheated in the
charging station.
Gluing Preparations (figure
Rough up smooth surfaces before gluing. The glued
position must be dry and free of dust or grease.
Heat the unit for approx. 4 minutes (figure
Glue Temperature
The temperature of the surroundings and the work
piece must be between 5 and 50 °C . Materials that
quickly cool the glue, e. g., metals, should be pre-
heated with a hot air gun.

– Insert a glue stick.
– Press the feed button 2 (figure
– Apply glue as required.
For the gluing of flexible materials (e. g. textiles), ap-
ply the glue in beads.
After the application of the glue, the work pieces
should be pressed together until the glue becomes
stiff. The glued location is capable of supporting a
load after approx. 5 minutes.
Protruding glue remains can be removed with a
sharp knife after the glue has cooled.
Glue locations can be loosened with heating. The
glued positions can be painted.
Nozzle Replacement
Heat the unit for approx. 4 minutes. Change the noz-
zle while warm.

Do not use combustible solvents for cleaning.
