manufacturing defect, but caused by the Consumer
or by third parties not related to the manufacturer; b)
if damages proceed from accidents, casualties, Acts
of God (lightning, floods, collapses, etc.) humidity,
overvoltage (caused by accidents or excessive
fluctuation in the mains), installation/use in
disagreement with the User Manual or due to natural
tear and wear of parts, pieces and components; c) if
the product has suffered chemical, electromagnetic,
electrical or animal (insects, etc) harmful influences;

d) if the serial number of the product is adulterated or
erased; e) if the product shows to be tampered.
Being these the conditions of the present
complementary Warranty Term, Intelbras S/A reser-
ves the right to change the general, technical and
aesthetical characteristics of its products without
previous notice.
