Your iPod
®
cannot be correctly docked
Use only the appropriate docking adaptor for your iPod
Take your iPod
out of the dock of the DSS 303 and check that
®
there are no impurities in the dock or on the iPod
impurities and then reinsert the iPod
There is no sound
Check that the DSS 303 is connected to a fully functioning plug and
that your iPod
is switched on. Select a song.

Press the playback button on the remote control.
Increase the volume for the system.
Remove the iPod
®
from the dock of the DSS 303 and place it back
in after several seconds. You may have to repeat this process
several times.
No sound and your iPod
®
does not charge
Check that the mains cable on the DSS 303 is connected to a fully
functioning plug.
Check that the iPod
is sitting securely in the dock. Use only the
®
appropriate docking adaptor for your iPod
No sound after quickly removing or docking the iPod
Take the iPod
out of the dock of the DSS 303 and reconnect it
®
again after several seconds.
Remove the mains plug for approx. 1 minute to reset the system
and reconnect it.

The iPod
does not react to the DSS 303 remote control
®
Take the iPod
out of the dock of the DSS 303 and place it back in
®
again after several seconds. You may have to repeat this process
several times.
Move the remote control closer to the DSS 303 and test the buttons
from a different location. The lighting may possibly be interfering
with the remote control.
Please make sure that there are no obstacles blocking the infrared
signal from the remote control to the DSS 303.
Clean the small lens on the front of the remote control.
Check that the battery in the remote control is inserted properly.
The side marked + must face upwards.
Insert a new battery into the remote control. Use only the correct
batteries suitable for the DSS 303.
The DSS 303 does not react to the remote control or the actual
volume buttons on the system
Remove the mains plug for approx. 1 minute to reset the system
and reconnect it.
