• Do not place al of your weight on
your heels.
This position allows you to feel
comfortable when using the platform.
If you experience any discomfort
(excessive
shaking
impaired vision) you may need to shift
the weight of your body by lifting you
heels until you find a balance point.
If the above symptoms persist, you
may have to reduce the frequency,
amplitude or time settings.
It is essential that you begin using the
vibration platform in a gradual fashion,
in order to increase the body's
tolerance and level of adaptability to
the vibration treatment.
It is advisable to begin with short
sessions (no more than 30 seconds,
set to minimum
frequency of 30 Hz.)
The monitor has 3 training modes:
1.- "QUICK START" MODE.-
This training mode is recommended
for advanced users.
The QUICKSTART
default setting when the machine is
switched on (red coloured letters).

graphic showing the start position.
Select

keys (B and G), located on either side
of the display, and the H/L key.
