Disconnet battery box (1) and remove

batteries. Recycle box and batteries
appropriately.Remove old solenoid
assembly. Reconnect tubes (2) and (3) to
the new solenoid assembly.
Reconnect wires (1), (2) and (3) to the

new solenoid assembly. After all electrical
connections have been made, connect
wire (4) to the new battery box (5) and
install 6 fresh AA batteries (not supplied).
For best performance place the battery
box flat on the floor of the cabinet at least
2" from the walls and other objects.

Note: This repair part contains advanced
detection circuits. If your installation
had a green ground cable assembly (6)
connecting the solenoid to the valve
stops it is no longer required and should
be removed and discarded. On some
installations it may be necesary to use the
LED extender cable (7) provided to make
the connection (2).
