Coconut
Waffle St icks
Ingredients:
•
1/2 cup of softened butter
•
1 cup sugar
•
2 extra-large eggs
•
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
•
1/2 tsp almond extract
•
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
Steps:
•
Mix all of your dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Then, slowly add
your wet ingredients to the mix.
•
Follow the steps to make waffle sticks (pg.13) and bake for 7- 10 minutes.
•
Serve with vanilla frosting and sprinkle sweetened shredded coconut
on top.

Coffee Cream

Ingredients:
•
1/2 cup butter
•
3 oz unsweetened chocolate
•
2 eggs
•
1 cup sugar
•
1 tsp vanilla extract
•
2/3 all purpose flour
Steps:
•
In a saucepan melt butter and chocolate together.
•
In a small bowl beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla.
•
Add in the chocolate.
•
Mix in flour and baking soda.
•
Follow the steps to baking waffle sticks (pg.13) and bake for 7- 10
minutes.
•
Combine cream and coffee in small bowl.
•
In a separate bowl mix cream, butter and powdered sugar.
•
Spread over waffle sticks and enjoy.
