Using the PDLGFU15

Operation

Before operating your PDLGFU15, identify if authorization or a license
for the use of radio equipement is required in your country. It is the
responsibility of the equipment owner to comply with all regulatory rules
and procedures.

Mounting

The PDLGFU15 is easily attached to the Leica Geosystems GPS
System 1200. The PDLGFU15 is specifically designed for operation in
harsh environments.

The RS-232 data link LED indicates when the PDLGFU15 is
communicating with the GPS System 1200.

The power LED indicates
that the unit is powered.
The RX LED indicates that
the PDLGFU15 is receiving
an RF carrier signal. If the
RX LED is lit for extended
periods of time, or
continuously, then another
radio station may be
operating on the same
frequency. This RF source
may interfere with the GPS
RTK system and may require
better performance.
