1. Place the motor unit (4) on a dry, even, and Þ rm surface. Press the suction feet Þ rmly
onto the surface.
2. Select one of the two mixing containers (1, 9).
3. Pour the ingredients you want into the mixing container.
4. Select a blade attachment (3, 8)and screw it clockwise onto the mixing container (1,
9). NOTE: The blade attachments (3, 8) are Þ tted with a sealing ring (2). This sealing
ring (2) ensures that the mixing container(1, 9) doesn't leak during processing. Always
check that the sealing ring (2) is still in the right position (see picture A).
5. Place the mixing container (1, 9) with blade attachment(3, 8) onto the motor unit (4).
Make sure that the locking lugs on the blade attachment (3, 8) are resting correctly in
the recesses of the motor unit.
6. Insert the mains plug into a properly installed plug socket that is easily accessible.
7. In order to switch the unit on you hold the motor unit (4)with one hand and rotate the
mixing container (1, 9) with the blade attachment(3, 8) clockwise with your other hand.
Use the AN (ON) marking on the motor unit (4)as a guide (see picture B).
NOTE: Do not use the device for longer than 1 minute without interruption to prevent
overheating.
8. In order to switch off the device you rotate the mixing container (1, 9) with the blade at-
tachment (3, 8)in an anti-clockwise direction. Use the AUS (OFF) marking on the motor
unit (4)as a guide.
9. Remove the mixing container (1, 9) with the blade attachment (3, 8) by taking it out of
the motor unit (4) and pull the plug out of the socket.
10. Rotate the mixing container (1, 9)with the blade attachment (3, 8) in such a way that
the blade attachment (3, 8) points upwards and unscrew the blade attachment (3, 8) in
an anticlockwise direction from the mixing container (1, 9).
11. You can serve the food you have prepared directly or select a lid as required (5, 6, 7)
and screw it on the mixing container (1, 9).
Cleaning and Storage
CAUTION!
•
Switch the device off and pull the mains plug out of the plug socket!
•
The blades are sharp; be careful when handling the blade attachment!
•
Never immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids! Ensure that the motor unit, cable
or plug do not fall into water or become wet.
•
Clean the mixing container, blade attachments and lids carefully after every use, in
order to avoid the formation of germs. Do not allow any food residues to dry on.
The motor unit and the blade attachments are not suitable for being cleaned in the
•
dishwasher.
•
Do not use any caustic or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning. These can damage
the surface.
•
Clean the mixing container (1, 9) and the lids (5, 6, 7) with clean, warm water and a little
mild washing-up liquid, or in the dishwasher.
