and check the function of the door. Assemble the door handle, drip sill and other components. We reco mmend
that this product be assembled by a trained specialist or by a professional installation firm.
FOR THIS PRODUCT TO FUNCTION PROPERLY IT SHOULD ONLY BE
INSTALLED ON STRONG WALLS.
MOUNTING PROCEDURE
1.
Check the size of the recessed area for fit. Width "A" (
ding to the chart. The shower tray must be mounted level.
2.
Check the position and layout of the door. In the upper part of the door
there are slots cut into the corners of the glass. The upper part of the plastic
post has an opening of 10 mm in diameter for the decorative cap.
3.
Place the door on the shower tray (
plastic post is 5 - 20 mm from the outer top edge of the tray, and so that the
plastic post completely sits on the rim of the shower tray.
4.
Using your fingers, gently press the edge of the plastic moulding.
Loosen and remove it from the mounting profile (
5.
Unscrew the three M5 screws with washers and remove the mounting
profile from the winged door (

profile into the marked position on the tray, then stand it up vertically and
mark the oval opening of the mounting profile on the wall (
ATTENTION!
If the shower tray is not level, it is important that the super-
structure be placed perpendicular to the tray, and from this position it can
be fastened to the wall.
6. Set aside the mounting profile. In the center of the marked oval, drill
a 10 mm diameter hole and place a dowel in it (
ATTENTION!
Watch out for electrical cables and water and gas mains in
the wall!
7.
Fix the mounting profile to the wall using 5x50 mm bolts. Only lightly
tighten the bolts (

).
8.
Mark and attach the other mounting profile in the same way.
9.
Attach the door to the mounting profile using M5 screws and washers.
Mount the post in the same way.
10.
Use the slots and screws on the mounting profile to adjust the door to
the correct position.
- the door must follow the shape of the shower tray;
- the whole length of the door must be in contact with the fixed post so that
the door magnets will hold it in place;
- the upper edge of both parts must be the same height, and the lower edge
of the glass must be level with the shower tray.
11.
After all adjustments have been made, tighten the four visible bolts and
the three M5 screws on each mounting profile. Test the door for proper functi-
on. Check the distance between the lower edge of the glass and the shower
tray with the enclosed gauge (a 16.5 x 20 mm roller). When the doors are in
the closed position, the clearance between the glass and the shower tray
should be between 16.5 mm and 18 mm. The fixed post should be resting on
the shower tray.
12.
On the mounting profile, outline the exact position of the adjusted door.

Unscrew the M5 screw which holds the door in place, and remove the door.
Tighten the two bolts inside the mounting profile. Place some sealing com-
pound on the bottom of the post (for mounting to the tray). Place the plastic
joint of the threshold strip into the slot, with the higher side to the outside of
the shower tray (
and tighten the M5 screws. Follow the same procedure for the oblique post
which is the contact for the door.
13.
Test the function of the door several times and check the lifting mecha-
nism.
14.
Drill holes of 2.6 mm in diameter in the frame of the door according to
the predrilled holes in the mounting profile. Secure the frame using
3.5x13 mm self-tapping screws.
15.
Place one side of the plastic moulding into the mounting profile and
push slightly along the whole length to "lock" it into place. (
16.
Test, and if necessary, adjust the shape and length of the threshold strip
so that the whole surface is completely touching the shower tray.
17.
Place one end of the threshold strip into the plastic joint on the door
post and the other end into the fixed post.
18.
Using quick glue, bead the bottom of the threshold strip (approximately
200 mm in length), and glue the strip to the shower tray in the proper position.
19.
Using a small amount of sealing compound in the slots of the threshold
strip, completely seal the strip to the shower tray. (
20.
Put sealing compound on the seam between the wall and the mounting
profile, and along the outer side of the supporting post to a height of
100 mm. (
picture 11
All joints and seals should be done using
ling compound which ensures perfect cohesion of the plastics being used.
21.
Fit the drip sill onto the bottom of the glass doors and test the function of
the doors. Adjust the drip sill if necessary.
21.
Remove the sill, put quick glue on the cut ends of the sill, re-mount the
sill and push into the original position. Glue the ends to the posts and seal
all the seams of the drip sill with sealing compound on the bottom and sides
and on the post.
23.
Mount the decorative cap on the top of the plastic post using sealing
compound. (
24.
Mount the handle according to instructions given in the mounting kit.
