Why is the memory card capacity less than the amount indicated on the packaging?
The memory capacity of a flash memory device is specified according to SI (International System of Units) guidelines, as is the capacity of hard
drives. This system does not measure according the binary system, in which 1024 MB are equal to 1 GB. The SI Standard measures in powers
or 1,000, according to which, for example, 1000 Megabytes are equal to 1 Gigabyte. The difference in the two systems used to calculate
capacity can lead to discrepancies.
Why won't the WM display some photos on my memory card?
Some less-common memory devices are not compatible with the WM. Be sure to use a compatible memory card. Please
remember that the digital photo frame can only display photos in "JPEG" format.
The WM cannot read the inserted memory card. What can I do?
Please start by checking whether or not the card is compatible with the Intenso WEATHERMAN.
Then check if the card was inserted into the slot correctly. Please remember, only "JPEG" files are supported.
Please note: Some digital cameras do not automatically save photos in JPEG format. See the operating in structions that came
with your camera.
