IP Decoder. Configuration
Factory Configuration:
- IP Address: 192.168.1.200
- User: fermax
- Password: fermax
- Serial Port: 9600 bps, odd parity, asynchronous.
- Listening Port 50000.
The configuration of the different IP Decoder parameters is carried out via its incorporated
web server.
To access the web server follow the steps below (the IP Decoder must be powered up):
1- Open internet explorer and enter the Decoder's IP address via any PC connected to the
same network.
On the start screen, enter the username (fermax) and password (fermax) then select the
language you want the web server screens to appear in:
Note: For the PC and IP Decoder to establish a connection, their IP addresses must be of
the same type. Example:
PC's IP Address: 172.30.122.16
Decoder's IP Address: 192.168.1.200
To ensure they are the same type, there are two options:
1- Change the PC address to an address of the same type as that of the IP Decoder.
192.1.169. xxx (with xxx being a value between 1 and 255, excluding 200).
2- Change the Decoder address to an address of the same type as that of the PC IP:
172.30.122. xxx (with xxx being a value between 1 and 255, excluding 16).
Appendix I details how to change the PC's IP address.
The «IP Address» section details how to change the Decoder's IP address.
