Remote Management Software Configuration

The parameter values configured on the IP Decoder for the «IP Address», «Serial Port» and
«Advanced - Listening Port» will be used in the corresponding management software
(Wincomplus) to establish the remote connection with the IP Decoder and manage the
system.
All management software has a connection menu where you can enter the values assigned
to the parameters as configured on the IP Decoder.
Parameters to be configured for the management software depending on the type of
connection:
Connection via a local network:
- IP Decoder's IP Address:
- IP Decoder's Listening Port.
- User Login and Password.
Connection via internet:
- Router's IP Address via which the IP Decoder is connected.
- IP Decoder's Listening Port.
- User Login and Password.
You must also open/enable the port number assigned to the IP Decoder's «Listening
Port» on the Router (see router documentation.
Appendix III details the location of the configuration screens for the management software
available.
