CARAMEL POPCORN
120 g popping corn
2 tbsp. ready-made caramel
15 g butter
2 tbsp. granulated sugar or brown sugar
Put the popcorn in a large bowl. In a separate microwave safe bowl or saucepan, melt
the caramel with butter until you have a smooth mixture. Drizzle it over the popcorns,
toss thoroughly, and then slowly add in sugar while continuously stirring popcorn until
well coated.
