PRELIMINARY PHASES FOR USE
Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, make sure that the voltage indicated on the
plate on the bottom of the machine corresponds to the local mains voltage. Place the appliance on
a horizontal and stable surface.
Warning!
Do not place the appliance or power cord close to or on top of hot electric or gas cookers, or
close to a microwave oven.
Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of the table or of the counter. Prevent children
from grabbing the power cord, in this way tipping over the appliance.
Position the appliance so that children cannot reach the hot parts.

How to froth milk for cappuccino (MAX level
To obtain a great amount of froth, with hot milk or with cold milk:
• Remove the lid.
• Insert the whisk (2) in the support (5) on the bottom of the container.
• Fill with milk to the level indicated by MAX
• Place the lid on the container stably.
• Place the container on the power supply base.
• Plug into the mains socket.
• Switch on the appliance: move the switch-on slider to the right in position "1". Release the slider.
The slider will return back to position "0". The light (6) turns on. After 90 seconds, the milk is
frothed and the appliance turns off automatically. To stop the operation at any time, move the
slider back to position "1" and release it.
