TROUBLESHOOTING
Important! When working on the device,
make sure that the device is switched off
and has cooled down. Disconnect the
power plug.
The following problems may occur:
• If the engine does not start, check
whether the safety button is pressed
down, the power plug and the extension
cable are not defective, the power plug is
plugged in.
• If the device switches itself off and
does not restart, check the fuse of the
power supply. Allow the engine to cool
down and check if there is any blockage.
Select a larger cutting height to take care
not to overstrain the engine. If the grass
is too wet, wait until it dries.
• If the device vibrates or does not
move smoothly, check whether all
screws, in particular the blade screw, are
correctly tightened and whether the
blade is balanced and undamaged. If
necessary, replace the blade.
• If the lawn is mowed with gaps, set a
larger cutting height and check whether
the blade is sharp. If necessary, replace
the blade.
• If the mown grass is not collected
completely, check whether the grass
basket is overfilled or blocked.
WARRANTY
Your lawn mower has warranty period of 2
years, as prescribed by law. In addition to
this warranty, we give you a guarantee of
24 months from the date of purchase of the
lawn mower, when it is used exclusively for
private, non-commercial, or non-artisanal
purposes. The warranty applies to the
repair
of
material
manufacturing defects.
The guarantee does not include wearing
parts such as the blade. In addition, the
guarantee does not cover any damage or
defects caused by incorrect installation,
failure to obey the instructions given in the
operating manual of the device, lack of
maintenance
excessive use, external environmental and
force effects, use of a power source that
does not comply with the name plate of the
device.
Our products are produced under strict
quality requirements. If your lawn mower
should fail nevertheless, we are very sorry.
