At the beginning of the day, power the machine on, by releasing the STOP button (if it has
been pressed down).
Operating procedure:
1. OPTION: Select the type of speed desired, using the selector button
OPTION: If you want to work in continuous mode, press the Auto button.
2. Place your bread on the rear table, between the blades and the mobile part ;
3. Close the cover or push the green button (OPTION) ;
4. Take the bread away from the front table.
Push the white button to start up the blowing system (option).
At end of day, press the red STOP button to power the machine off.
Tip: After the first days of use, have the blade tension checked by a qualified person.
Capacity: Number of breads cut per day : 6,000 (depending on the type of bread).

Safety:

The machine will not operate if the photoelectric cell detects motion;

The machine cannot operate if the safety cover is opened (machine fitted with this op-
tion);

The green button flashing if a safety feature is activated.
