7. Remove the two bolts that fasten the transmission to
the left side of the tractor. Do not remove the bolts on
the right side of the tractor until the bolts on the left side
have been re-installed and tightened. See figure 5.
8. Place the Left Hand Hitch Support Bracket against the
side of the tractor, aligning the holes in the bracket with
the empty holes in the transmission. Re-install the two
bolts and nuts that were removed from the transmission.
Next,attach the bracket to the side of the tractor using a
1/2" x 1" hex bolt and 1/2" nylock nut. Tighten all bolts
and nuts are securely. See figure 5.
9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 on the right side of the tractor.
NOTE: Wheel hidden for clarity in figure 5.

10. Hook the Sleeve Hitch onto the bolts in the sides of
the tractor frame. Attach the Sleeve Hitch to the Hitch
Support Brackets and to the bottom of the tractor hitch
using three 5/8" x 1-1/4" clevis pins and 3/32" hairpin
cotters. See Figure 6.

11. Assemble the two 5/8" jam nuts halfway onto the two
5/8" x 2" hex bolts. Screw the bolts into the nuts that
are welded to the Sleeve Hitch Lift Assembly. Snug the
jam nuts against the welded nuts. See figure 7.
12. Assemble the lifting link to the Sleeve Hitch Lift Assembly
using a 5/8" x 1-1/4" hex bolt and a 3/32" hairpin cotter.
Use the bottom hole in the lifting link (lowest implement
depth setting). Tighten the nut only until snug. Do not
squeeze the welded arms together. See Figure 7.

13. Attach the Sleeve Hitch Lift Assembly to the Sleeve
Hitch Frame using three 5/8" x 1-1/4" clevis pins and
3/32" hairpin cotters as shown in Figure 8.
14. Install the hitch pin in the Sleeve Hitch and secure it
with a 5/32" hair cotter pin. See Figure 8.
