Profile cylinders must be used in combination with a suitable security
fitting according to EN 1303, DIN 18252 or VdS standards.
If the cylinder does not have its own drill and pulling protection, the
cylinder must be used with a corresponding security fitting that has
integrated drill and pulling protection.
If the cylinder that you are using is certified according to these stand-
ards, you should be able to recognise these standards by the mark-
ing/labelling (EN 1303, DIN 18252 or VdS) located somewhere on the
cylinder, otherwise contact the specialist store from which you
bought the product.
