lower elbow pipe (9). Hold the handle from the substructure and remove it (see figure 6).
7. Place the grease collecting bowl (b) in the supplied mounting bracket located in the rear part of the
machine base. Position the opening on the grease collecting bowl so that it is located in the middle of
the shell-shaped base (tip: fill a little water into the bowl for easier cleaning). Mount the butterfly screw
(N3) to secure the grill to the substructure of the unit (see figure 7).
8. To mount the grill plate (3) on the base of the appliance (5), hold the right side of the grill plate (3) high
and insert the connecting socket (15) into the opening on the appliance base (12) provided for this
purpose. Lower the right side of the grill plate (13) until it is horizontal and firmly fixed on the appliance's
base (5). To remove the grill plate (3), lift it up on the right-hand side and pull the connection socket (15)
out of the opening on the base (12). Before removing the grill plate, please make sure that it has cooled
down and is no longer in use (see figure 8).
Attention: The grill plate must be used together with the bowl-shaped base.
9. Insert the screw (N4) with a silicone washer and the lid hook through the inner side of the grill hood.
Attach the handle to the outside of the hood. Turn it clockwise to attach the grill hood. During installation,
please adjust the angle and direction between the lid hook (G2) and the handle (2) to determine the
alignment (see figure 9).
10. Insert the removable thermostat (13) into the connecting socket (15). If you wish to remove the
thermostat (13), hold the handle on the base of the unit to prevent scratches to the unit or substrate (see
figure 10).
11. The grill hood can be used as a wind shield when you are outside grilling. To do this, hook the lid hook
located on the inside of the lid into the notch at the rear edge of the grill plate (see figure 11).

surface) (see figure 4).
6. Place the grease collecting bowl (4) into the provided holder of the base (5). Fasten the opening of the
grease collecting bowl with a screw (fill the bowl with a little water, which makes it easier to clean) (see
figure 5).
7. Place the grill plate (3) on the base (5). First, insert the connecting socket (14) into the opening (11)
provided for this purpose. Then place the grill plate horizontally on the base (see figure 6).

Then place the grill hood on the grill surface (see figure 8).
9. Push the removable thermostat (12) as far as possible into the grill's socket (see figure 8).
10. The grill hood can be used as a wind shield when you are grilling outside. To do this, hook the lid hook
located on the inside of the lid into the notch at the rear edge of the grill plate (see figure 9).
