Connecting the device

!
CAUTION!
The 230 V connection cable must have a cross-section of
2.5 mm².

NOTICE!
 Make sure that there is a correctly installed, 15 A fuse between
the positive terminal (+) of the battery and the device.
If there is no adequate and correctly installed fuse, the device
may be damaged and the guarantee will be voided.
 When connecting the battery and the 12 Vg consumer unit,
make absolutely sure that the polarity is not reversed.
 When connecting the consumer unit, make sure that the per-
missible power load is not exceeded.
➤ Open the cover for the connections by turning the lock (fig. 1 6, page 3)
anti-clockwise using a screwdriver.
➤ Remove the cover (fig. 1 5, page 3).
➤ Connect the device:

➤ Secure all cables leading in and out of the device using strain relief
clamps (fig. 2 8, page 3).
➤ Cover the connections with the cover (fig. 1 5, page 3).
