Add fuel before starting the machine. Never remove
the cap of the fuel tank while the engine is running or
when the machine is hot.
Do not use fuels such as ethanol or methanol. These
fuels will damage the engine of the machine.
6.3. START-UP
6.3.1. VERIFICATION POINTS BEFORE
COMMISSIONING START-UP
Do not use machine is if it is damaged or incorrectly
regulated.
Use this machine for the purpose for which it was
designed. Any other use may be dangerous for the
user, for the machine and for persons, animals and
things in its surroundings.
Verify:
- The machine completely and look for parts (bolts,
nuts, etc.) that are loose or damaged.
- That there are no fuel leaks.
- The oil level.
- That the air filter is clean. Clean the filter if
necessary.
Tighten, repair or replace everything you need to
before using the machine. Do not use any accessory
on this machine outside of those recommended by us
since its use could cause serious damage to the user,
the machine and people, animals and things close to
the machine.
6.3.2. PLACEMENT OF THE MACHINE
Make sure that you install the machine in a stable
position.
Connect a cable from the ground outlet of generator
grounding.
6.3.3. START-UP
ATTENTION! Before starting, make sure that no
electrical appliances connected to the generator.
Follow the start-up procedure in cold or hot depending
on the condition of your engine.
6.3.3.1. START UP IN COLD
• Place the machine on a flat, stable surface to start.
• Place the choke in position
• Set the switch of the motor to the on position ON
(I).
• Hold the machine by casting so it doesn't move
from its position on the floor when pulling the
starter rope.
• Pull the starter rope until the engine starts.
• If the machine starts and doesn't stop gradually
changing the air level position
• Let the engine warm up for a few minutes before
using the machine.
6.3.3.2. STARTING THE MOTOR HOT
• Place the machine on a flat, stable surface to start.
• Place the choke in the normal working position
OPEN.
• Set the switch of the motor in position ON (I).
