6 - MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

Incidents
The red indicator
(3) lights up.
The pump starts
and stops all the
time.
The pump does
not work.
For any other anomaly, contact our after-sales service. For safety reasons, only the Hozelock-Exel after-sales
service is entitled to disassemble the pump.
7 - OPERATING ANOMALIES / SOLUTIONS
Causes
No water.
1- The circuit is not sealed.
2- Probable presence of foreign
bodies inside the Tecnotronic.
1- The pump has broken down.
2- The Tecnotronic is maybe
blocked with limescale.
3- The pump is not primed.
Restore the water supply.
1-Check the circuit and the different con-
nections to the pump.
2- Disconnect the power supply, remove the
Tecnotronic from the pump and rinse it
completely with a water jet through the entry
side (8), with a garden hose for example.
1- After disconnecting the Tecnotronic from
the pump electrically and hydraulically, try to
make the pump work alone by connecting it
to the power supply.
2- If, through the exit hole (5), you see that
the check valve is jammed,wash it by filling
the Tecnotronic with vinegar or another anti-
limescale product throughthe exit hole. If the
check valve is operating correctly, contact
the after-sales department.
3- Prime the pump (see the pump instruc-
tions)
