FALL HAZARD: Children have suffered head injuries falling from seat. To prevent serious
injury or death from children falling or being strangled in straps:
• NEVER leave the child unattended.
• ALWAYS use the restraint system. Adjust to fit snugly.
• DO NOT move or lift this product with the baby inside it. Never lift product using a toy
bar as a handle.
• STOP using product when baby starts trying to sit up, attempts to climb out of seat, or
has reached 20 lb (9 kg), whichever comes first.
• NEVER use this product on an elevated surface (e.g. a table). ALWAYS use on the floor.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Babies have suffocated when seats tipped over on soft surfaces.
• NEVER use on a bed, sofa, cushion, or other soft surface.
• Stay near and watch child during use. This product is not safe for unsupervised use or
unattended sleep. This product is not intended for prolonged periods of sleeping.
• NEVER attach any additional strings or straps to product or toy bar.
TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH:
Use only in reclined position until child is at least 4 months old AND can hold head
unassisted. Young infants have limited head and neck control. If the swing is too upright,
infant's head can drop forward, compress the airway, and result in DEATH.
• NEVER use as an infant carrier or for automobile or airline travel.
• Do not let children play with this product.
• When using the AC adapter, only use the one supplied with this swing.
• Do not use extension cords.
• Check the AC adapter, including the plug and cord, regularly for damage. Do not use if
any damage has occurred.
• To avoid injury, ensure that children are kept away when unfolding and folding this
product.
• This product contains small parts. Adult assembly required.
