MACHINE USAGE

Once the machine is set and running:
- remove the spray gun from its housing;
- mount the required nozzle onto the gun; unscrew the fixing nut, insert the nozzle and screw
tight again;
- set the spraying pressure using the adjuster (fig. 2.2) clockwise to increase and anticlockwise
to decrease;
- the spraying pressure is shown on the pressure gauge (fig. 2.3).
COLD SPRAYING
The machine can cold spray liquid products or liqueurs:
- remove the suction tube from the gelatine container;
- program the work temperature at the level of 0 °C;
- discharge the gelatine residue from the tube adjusting the spray gun until there is no more
left;
- clean the spraying circuit; We recommend that you suck up water and spray it, using the
gun;
- insert the suction tube in the container of liquid product or liqueur;
- spray the product with the spray gun
REPLACING THE NOZZLES
To replace the nozzles proceed as follows:
- Undo the nut at the end of the gun;
- replace the nozzle.
Warning:
Make sure that each nozzle you insert is fitted with its O-ring
